  • Another great option is bicycling. It is a great choice for all those who cannot walk or run for whatever reason. Of course, you could walk and run, and do the cycling too. You can take the cycle outdoors, or you can purchase one for the indoors too. Your choice.
  • Mountain climbing and mountain biking are other very good cardio exercises to lose belly fat. But remember, if you have too much fat on the belly, these activities might be too difficult for you. So try the others to reduce some of it first, before trying these.
