- When you are walking, your head must always be kept straight. Keep your chin up, and the eyes should be fixed straight. Keep the back straight as well. This is the correct walking posture.

- Wear a good pair of shoes when you are walking. Wear casual clothes too. You need to feel comfortable and relaxed when you are walking.
- Listen to some music as you walk. You will find that a lot of people have their mobiles and other gadgets plugged into their ears. This is a good idea. You can do this as well.
