Development of such fats is just because people keep themselves into continuous stress. Belly fat gets developed into a stressed men and women at any age. To reduce belly fat one should perform regular exercises like aerobics and also should maintain healthy weight loss diet. Due to aerobics you can burn all your unwanted calories and you can surely reduce belly fat. Only thing is you need to be patient while doing such things because it takes a long time depends on the size of your belly.
