Reminds me of a funny story I heard one time about a personal trainer who teased a client who wanted to lose 20 pounds quickly … that he could just use a hacksaw to cut off a limb! I think the moral of that story was to point out that the idea is not to lose weight (pounds) but to manage the body’s loss of fat.

The point is to lose fat and build muscle… maintaining lean mass and setting a good example for children, friends and family members.
