The Vacuum pose is also a great exercise to get rid of belly fat. One can easily lose 1.75 inches in a span of a month by doing this exercise. One should suck in their belly as much as they can and then hold it for 15 to 60 seconds. This should be done for 5 minutes in the whole day and then gradually be increased to 15 minutes. Doing this for as less as 5 minutes is also effective.
One can also spin like a baby does to get rid of belly fat. One should spin clockwise around 20 times and ensure that they do not get dizzy. One should be slightly dizzy so that the endocrine system is stimulated. One can balance the hormones of the body by doing this exercise as most of the functions of the body are done by the endocrine system. In this way one can lose weight easily.
One should try the above exercises if they want to get rid of belly fat and all these can be done at home easily to get the best results.
