What you must do in the first 2 minutes – Take a rope and jump over it for 2 minutes. Jump twice for each turn, but do ensure that you are landing safely on your heels because you may get injured otherwise. This might need some practice, but eventually you can master it.

The third minute – Squat down, thrust yourself up, and do some push ups. Stand up with your arms straight to the sides. Squat down slowly while keeping the head forward, and bring the hands to the floor. Push the legs back into the pushup position. Perform a pushup, and jump back to the squatting position again.

The fourth minute – Jump the rope again, but this time, you should jump just once.

The fifth minute – Do some squatting once more. This time however, you must also do side plank. Lift and rotate the left arm, and bring it over the head. Look up at the ceiling as you rotate the neck. Hop back when finished into the squatting position.

The next five minutes – This is much the same as the first 5 minutes. That is, you will have to alternate between the squatting and pushing up, and the jump rope. However add a little variety each time you are doing it to make it a bit more challenging for you.
