One should avoid all kinds of high calorie junk food from their appetite daily. These have high carbohydrate content and are not good for the body. One should instead take fiber rich food and avoid fatty foods. One should include vegetables and fruits in their diet as these are rich in fiber. All carbohydrates like pasta, rice and bread should be avoided. Fiber is a substitute of carbohydrate and also helps in losing weight. One should also have food rich in protein like meat and beans. Processed protein foods have high salt content and must be avoided. Drinking lot of water daily also helps as this reduced appetite and increases metabolism. It detoxifies the body and facilitates digestion. Water has no chemicals and is free from calories and thus should be the preferred choice when it comes to liquids. All the above tips are very helpful in losing weight in an effective manner and must be followed properly and with dedication.
