Foods with a low glycemic index number are thought to allow dieters to actually feel fuller for a longer period of time and reducing the need to snack.
Let’s face it, there will always be a need for diets that work fast for women. This is a “I want it now” world, and women want to look good and feel fit all the time. The key is to be smart about undertaking any kind of diet. While the claims of many diets may look enticing, they can in fact be very dangerous. If wanting to lose weight quickly, consult with a physician first. Better to be smart than self-destructive.
