Chubby Belly Fat – Is It Good or Bad?

It looks very ugly if you have too much of fat around you and it is also not good for health also. Chubby belly fat is ugly as well as it is dangerous also.

Some studies and research has proved that too much of chubby belly fat can elevate the level of triglycerides and increase in this triglycerides means there are more chances of getting different heart diseases. Normally these triglycerides develop in our body from sugar. When we consume sugar then our body makes insulin to process that sugar. When there is more amount of sugar in our body then body makes use of it for the formation of energy which requires extra sugar which is made from triglycerides and gets stored in the chubby belly fat. So, if you love to eat sweet in more quantity and it is sure that it will develop chubby belly fat and you might face a heart attack.

Another big factor is insulin which also stores triglycerides in our fat cells of chubby belly fat. So, in case if you have more chubby belly fat that means you have more insulin in your blood. And too much of insulin means there are more chances of getting heart attack and other diseases related to heart. The blood which flows from our abdomen passes directly to our liver where insulin gets removed out of blood. The result of this is that abdominal fat blocks the liver from removing the insulin from it.

To remove such problem firstly we should concentrate to reduce our body fat. Best exercise for this is doing sit-ups. But just by doing sit-ups it won’t help to remove chubby belly fat. You also need to make some changes in your diet. This is the thing where almost everyone gets failed.
