One should do half crunches as this makes the lower part of the abdomen healthier and stronger. One should also do side crunches as this is effective to lose fat. All belly exercises are of two kinds; lower and upper belly. A blend of both should be done to get maximum results. Diet is also important apart from exercising. One should follow a healthy diet and not starve. More proteins and fiber should be included in the diet.
