I am always encouraged of my success when people ask me how I managed to eventually shed off all the bulging weight I carried around for a tummy. At 28 years, I was over-weight for my age, and I envied slim women in their bikinis because they can never imagine the uneasiness and health implications that go with pounds of belly fat. However, anyone can achieve the same quick results to if only they did what I did with some levels of self-discipline.

I know you have spent a lot on abdominal machines and other fancy drugs you have seen in media ads, and you have also tried various diets without much success to lose belly fat. Then, you have to start a well-regimented exercise program that is well aimed to help burn out all the fat.   2. Lose belly fat through a well-managed diet: You sure must have heard that before. Eat less carbohydrates and any food that might likely increase your calorie intake. It is better you eat foods that are natural and whole in fiber and nourishment rather than consuming calories or fats. Moreover, stop carbing with junk foods too. Junk foods are killing and will not help you if you intend to lose belly fat.   3. Do away with unhealthy lifestyles: You must do away with drinking and smoking and anything that would put your health at risk if you are really determined to lose belly fat. You must also do away with that insatiable crave to always eat something. Your meals must be well timed, and combined with a regulated diet and a regular regime of exercises, you can be sure to lose belly fat within the shortest possible time and still look great.
